Such a great facility!

Such a great facility! He is very on top of keeping it clean! I was happy I could take my husky to be bathed and not worry about time limits that many self wash places have. He checked on me throughout and showed a good method of blowing out my husky’s coat. I added on a foot trim for both of my dogs which the both did well with. He handles the dogs very well and respectfully. I felt bad leaving so much hair and mess to clean up after but he assured me that that’s one of the good parts about going to a self wash is so you don’t have to clean up the hair. I wish I were closer so I could go more often! For the first time ever, I bathed and dried two of my dogs without my back being crippled afterwards. I wish I had gotten some photos while there.

The staff could not be more kind and professional! The facility is so clean. I have an 80 pound Black Mouth Cur mix who is a big baby and a little bit afraid. Arman and staff were so kind and gentle. When I picked him up, I couldn’t believe how happy he was and how great he looked and smelled! We’ve definitely found our grooming spot.

Excellent customer service

Our recent visit to the dog wash facility with my sons and our canine companion, Rocky, was an exceptionally positive experience. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who provided us with a comprehensive tour of the establishment and detailed explanations of the services offered. This initial interaction set a highly favorable tone for our visit. In addition to the excellent customer service, we were impressed by the facility's amenities, which allowed us to thoroughly wash our beloved Rocky multiple times. Furthermore, the staff member on duty kindly offered to trim Rocky's paws at a reasonable cost. Based on this highly satisfactory experience, we intend to return in four weeks, as recommended, to ensure that Rocky remains clean and well-groomed. We express our sincere gratitude for the exceptional customer service we received during our visit.

I’m so happy I found Dirty Doggy!

I started grooming my 70lb doodle and very quickly learned my apartment bathtub was not going to cut it, and I’m so happy I found Dirty Doggy! We drive all the way from Buckhead to Marietta just to come here. I’ve used their facility 10+ times and have nothing but great things to say about this business. The facility: clean, spacious grooming tables and tubs for your pup. Shampoo, rubber brushes to get your pup squeaky clean, & great water pressure are available. The high velocity dryer is top tier. They also have a vacuum and do a great job of cleaning up hair left if you shave your dog. The owner: amazing, customer service is second to none and he’s extremely professional and accommodating. When I started grooming my dog I knew next to nothing about how to shave a dog, and he’s given me some valuable tips and taught me a lot! He’s very patient, and he still helps me with nail trims and paw pad shaving. My grooms have gotten a lot better over time with his assistance. The flexibility of being able to do it yourself, but ask for help with certain things you may not feel comfortable doing, is amazing. You cannot beat the pricing here. They have a punch card program too, so if you’re a repeat customer, eventually you’ll get a free “You Wash”. My dog and I love it here and are very thankful to have found Dirty Doggy! I’m so happy that I found this place!

Google search led me here and I’m so happy that I found this place! My Mom was visiting from SC and her dog was in desperate need of a bath and cut. I called and made an appointment for 3:30. Since they offer to wash and cut in addition to self wash and cut, we opted for them to wash, cut hair, nails, paw pads, ears and a sani cut. Very affordable, very clean, very easy to find and great experience all around. If I had a pet, I would use them for all my pet grooming needs. Unfortunately, I’ll only be able to utilize their services when my Mom and dog come to visit but I will definitely be back. Thank you so much for the great bath, cut and experience!!!

This place is GREAT! The set up is very nice and organized. So easy and efficient to wash your dog yourself here but they can also wash your dog for you! They have shampoo/conditioner, wash scrubbers, blow-dryer, aprons and other things ready to use. Everything is very convenient and the mess of washing your pup stays there instead of being in your bathroom! I'm so glad I found this place. The owner is very nice and accommodating. Great place overall.

This place is super affordable!

Found this amazing place on Saturday (11-18/23) After going to tractor supply which was very disappointing due to their dryer and equipment was broken and outdated. Stepped into this place and OH MY GOSH! It’s gorgeous. They are BYOT if you feel more comfortable with that. They do offer shamwow towels which I think work great. You can do it yourself or have their amazing staff help you out ( absolutely love this). They have cute little personal cubicles to work on your pup with a gate instead of going elsewhere and you are in the same area as someone else’s dog. This place is super affordable as well for so it yourself bath starting at $20 with additional add ons or them do it for a wonderful price. The shampoo options are absolutely amazing and he smells wonderful. While there they were working on a cute little poodle and as a vet tech with lots of grooming background myself they did an excellent job on that pup while I was working on my kiddo. Having a husky I always feel rushed to finish quickly to bathe and blow dry my pup. Not here I wasn’t rushed at all. We definitely will be trying out them grooming him next time. My pup is now all nice and clean and ready to see family for Thanksgiving. Looking forward to coming back and recommend this place always.

Such a great hidden gem! Brought my anxious and shy pup here and she was treated so nicely. I love that there is the flexibility to do it yourself, but also the option to have them do things too. I will definitely be back!

We adopted a dog and the first thing we wanted to do before we took him home was to get him bathed. The owner here was incredibly nice to us. The facility is very clean and professional. They provide you all the supplies, tools, and advice you need! The owner even helped explain a few of the services and things we should look out for with our new pet. Lastly they are very pet friendly and have treats, water, snacks, and other things you might want while you are taking care of your animals. Overall this was a wonderful and bonding experience with our new pup and I couldn't have asked for a better place! I will definitely be returning here!
